Adrian’s focus is on helping people manage difficult symptoms in the most effective way possible using evidenced based and collaborative focused treatment
Adrian is the founder and lead psychologist at Rounded Mind Clinic. He holds a bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Psychology from Macquarie University.
Adrian brings with him a patient first approach to psychology, with a focus on addressing the life interference caused by mental health challenges. Adrian has worked with the whole adult spectrum, from neurodivergence through to early cognitive difficulties. In particular he has extensive experience working directly with those effected by gambling harm and related addictions, anxiety, depression and adjustment issues.
Before completing his postgrad study, Adrian spent time working and volunteering in a range of roles that connected him with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. These experiences deepened his passion for building genuine connections and supporting individuals from all walks of life.
Beyond his professional work, Adrian is an avid gardener and sports enthusiast.
